Great service. Arrived timely as promised and great communication throughout the process. Our issue: We had a suddenly noisy AC system, not something you want with summer heating up. Contacted Desert Freeze and they recommended a reasonably priced "check up". Showed up on time, thoroughly reviewed our system, inside and out, located the issues and resolved quickly. Impressed. We found our "AC guy" Thank you Desert Freeze.

Esteffon is very through and professional. I got one estament that was for $2250 just to get it to a piont where they could see what was wrong and was pushung a new unit for $12,450. Esteffon wasable to diagnose the unit as is and repaired it for $1277 which is a huge savings. I will never call anyone else but Esteffon for my AC needs in the future, I suggest you do the same.
